Audition Process

Praise Band auditions are open twice a year – March and September. To try out for the Praise Band,  submit a 1-2 page paper (typed or handwritten, no less than 1 page, no more than 2 pages). Include your name, the story of how you became a Christian, what instrument you play (or tech role you want to serve in), and why. Deadlines to submit your paper are 11:59pm March 31st and September 30. After submitting a paper, you will be interviewed by Pastor Joel. If both agree that you should join the Praise Band, you will do so at first on a 90-day probationary status. After the probation period is up, Pastor Joel, you and your parent will determine whether you should remain as a permanent member of the Praise Band.
