“Sharing” — I Love My Church Series
Text: John 8:12: When Jesus spoke again to the people, He said, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows Me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.”

John 12:32:  And when  I am lifted up from the earth,   I will draw all people to Myself.”

As the Body of Christ, the light of Christ should shine through us.  Light dispels darkness.  We are to use the gifts God has given us to serve each other.  We discover our purpose in life and put it in to practice to build up the Church.   Jesus loves His Church and has called us to love one another.  We are to be the light of Christ and share Him with our world.

Three things to remember:

We are to take what we are learning out to the community.
We are to live the values of Jesus in our everyday life.
We are to be intentional in telling people about Jesus.

John 13:34-35:  “A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another.  By this everyone will know that you are My disciples if you love one another.”
